D and I spent our long weekend in Vermont for an amazing wedding weekend. Paul and Cody chose TheTrapp Family Lodge in Stowe, Vermont for their wedding. I had never considered Vermont to be on my list of places to travel, so I was overly surprised by the beauty and seclusion of the state and the lodge.

The trip was filled with love, family, childhood friends and great stories of times past. D and I couldn’t have spent a better weekend with such amazing people– AND it just so happened to be our 6th wedding anniversary on Paul and Cody’s wedding day.

*Side note- The couple asked attendees to wear fascinators (like the ones in the Royal Wedding), thus the over-sized flower on my head!*
